We would like to include a large number of committee and sub-committee members who would represent the diverse interests of the people of Concord. If you are interested in joining or heading one of our committees,

Please contact us!

We want to look into every aspect of life here in Concord . What makes Concord a great place to be, what are our short-comings, and where can we find room for improvement? And more importantly, how can we protect the unique quality of life we experience here in Concord.

While we, the planning board, believe we can produce such a document, we understand that only with the input of all Concordian's can we develop a plan that uniquely expresses what life in Concord is all about. Use the "How Planning Works" link at left for a graphic representation of the planning process.

We want to hear from every individual, whether a Concord resident or not.
From every club and organization that has members within or borders.
From every civic group, club and committee.
From every farmer, logger, construction worker, builder and business person.
From every student, teacher, mom, dad, grandma and grandpa.

In short, we want to see the involvement of our whole community. Whether you are a Concord resident or not.

In fact, according to Vermont statutes, residency is not a requirement to serve either on the board, or on a committee or sub committee.

Please join us, and help make this project something that all of us in Concord Vermont can be proud of.
