Concord Town Plan Outline
To help simplify the planning process and ensure we meet all ten criteria and twelve goals, Brian Hanson of N.V.D.A. has created a Town Plan Outline.
This outline details the information needed for a successful and acceptable town plan.
Providing detailed answers to the questions below will help ensure that we develop a quality plan that not only meets the needs of the people of Concord, but will also gain the approval of the regional planning board.

Resources that weren't addressed in the Preservation plan. Water, forests, wildlife etc.
Recreation and Tourism
How do tourism and second homes affect Concord. How do you envision their future effects?
Telecommunication Facilities
It is strongly encouraged that this be a separate section elaborating on the utilities section
Alternative Energy
What is the town's stand on "green" energy? Are major projects welcome? or would the town prefer to promote individual small projects instead?
Economic Development
Examine the various aspects of the town's economy. Enough jobs available?
How many commute to work? how far?
Is the town's tax base adequate?
What are the prospects for job creation?
